*We will provide you with a proof of shipment via a Customs Declarations number once your package has been shipped! A Customs Declaration number offers limited amount of tracking information.

Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom"s fees and independent carrier charges. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that we will not be responsible for these costs / costs occurred by any third party and will not be able to reimburse you these costs.
Q: How can I track my INTERNATIONAL order/package?
A: First-Class Mail Int. and Priority Mail Int. offer a Customs Declaration number as a proof of shipment. A Customs Declaration number offers only limited amount of tracking for smaller packages. Limited tracking states the location of the package's departure from our local USPS postal office (U.S. - California) and then the location of the package's arrival destination (your country).
*Important: All delivery depends on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Packages that are returned to us due to the customer's default (i.e. package unclaimed by customer/ incorrect shipping address provided):
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping cost of re-shipping the package or the customer is eligible of a refund, less any order transaction fees and the original shipping cost.
