How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on your payment.
If you paid via Stripe, orders will be shipped out within 10 days.
If you paid via Paypal, orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hrs. (90% off the time)

If the merchandise is out of stock it will take roughly two weeks and you will be notified within 24 hrs if the merchandise is out of stock. Once it is shipped, it takes roughly from 1-3 weeks depending where you are located.
USA: 1-2 weeks 3, the latest (due to holidays, traffic, or stuck in custom ex. USPS ISC)
CANADA- 1-2 weeks, 3 the latest. If it's still not received it may be stuck in customs like many Canadian orders from the past.
UK: 1-3 weeks.
Australia: 5-10 business days- 3 weeks (if stuck in customs)
Globally: 1-3 weeks depending location.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

YES WE DO! Unless the merchandise is noted that we don't ship outside USA. If it doesn't say anything you're fine!

When will my order get shipped out?

It depends on how you pay...
If you are paying through stripe it will take at least 7 days.
If you are paying through stripe it will be shipped out within 24-72 hours (90% of the time)

Some may take a week. It depends on holiday and schedule.
If it takes more than 2 weeks, then the merchandise is out of stock and you will be notified within 24 hrs holiday or not.

During holiday seasons, we may update your shipment info a week late after a week it's actually shipped.

Do I need to put my phone number at check out?

USA CUSTOMERS: It's best to add your phone # that way we can contact you if there is any problems with your order.

GLOBAL CUSTOMERS: Please add your # that way we can include it for customs. It's the best option for international and global packages.

What if my order get shipped back to the original location?

If you are from the USA or Canada area, we try our best to attach your emails to the tracking that is why it may take longer for us to email you regarding your tracking & invoice. We email you a week later so that we have the time & is able to add your email to the tracking. If we add your email to the tracking & we see that it's been shipped to you but you're not picking it up we can't do much about it. If we are able to see that it was delivered to you that also means that we have added your email to the tracking. It is very important for you to check your email for updates. We sometime apply for redelivery for you if you don't pick it up within 3-7 days. After that we can't do anything because we tried our best. If youre international please track your orders through your local postal service!

What if I want a refund?

If you want a refund please email us or live chat (if online) and be patient. Do not file a dispute because that would only take longer. If we don't reply within 24 that usually means we are busy. Please be patient with us. We do not give refunds for most items. If we do give you a refund, it usually will take from 3-14 days to process depending on your situation. Thank you for understanding.

Return Policy

We accept returns if you message us with the first-three days you received the package. Once we approve your return, you have 1 week to have it shipped out to us or we can not give you a return for another item or refund.

There are no warranty for any electronic or tech. items.

Since we sell our merchandise besides from storenvy, our stock on each products may not be updated.
There is a high demand for certain flash drives which are sold out or is discontinued.

It's hard for us to give warranty to everyone, so if there is a problem we will try our best to solve it.

Shipping Days in USA

Fall/Winter Schedule:
Orders will be shipped Friday morning or Saturday morning.

Spring Schedule:
Orders will be shipped out Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

Summer Schedule:
Orders placed before Friday will be shipped on Saturday morning. Orders placed Friday will be shipped Monday morning.

Please understand Fall and Spring schedules are due to College schedules.
