The namaste bracelet features a large turquoise dyed howlite buddha head surrounded by amethyst, lapis lazuli, aquamarine, green jade, yellow jade, carnelian & garnet to represent the chakras. A quartz nugget (for amplification) provides the bridge to white howlite, known for self-awareness & improving one's emotional well being. A tourmaline is embedded within the howlite for further chakra balancing. Please specify 7 or 8 inch when ordering.
