Empire Tutu Dress

This is our fabulous empire waist tutu dress, These dresses is hand tied onto an elastic waistbands. It is extremely full and poofy. These Dresses include a large Bow that is tied in the back. Perfect for photo shoots, birthdays, flower girls, or just because! All colors and sizes can be made. Ribbon can be added for straps. Please not this when checking out. When ordering please measure around the chest (just under the armpit) and from the armpit to the ankle (or your desired length). If you do not provide the measurements, I can use a standard sizing by age but please provide them if possible for a more accurate fit!
