How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How does the local pick up service work ?

Customers living around South Holland or/and are welcome to contact customer service to schedule a pickup day/time for their items.

What are the pick up hours ?

how pick up hour are typically 10 am to 8pm on Saturdays only.

What if i am late for my pick up appointment ?

Customers should notify customer service for pick up cancellation. If you think you might not be able to make the appointment, contact customer service for rescheduling.

What charities do 10% of the proceeds go to ?

Stemming from our philosophy that "no stone should be left unturned" each month we randomly select a charity organisation from a list of charities suggested by our customers.

To participate, simply leave a note of what charity organisation you want us to support and why ?
Please include the official name of the charity organisation.
