Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Not currently due to price of shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
About 2 to 10 business days for states in the USA.
The item is out of stock, can you make more and how long will it take?
Of course I'll make more, but for how long it will take depends on why it's out of stock.
If it's out because I simply don't have any on had then clay items will take a few hours to complete. Resin items can take up to 3 days depending on how many layers I have to use.
If it's out because I'm low on supplies then it can take up to a week since I have them shipped to me.

I noticed you don't say how long some of your necklaces are.
Forgive me, it slips my mind to add how long they are. My necklaces are 18 inches and my chokers are 13 with a 3 inch extender.
Can I get an exchange/refund?
The exchange window, along with return window is 15 days from delivery. Buyer must pay shipping costs to return item and item must be in same condition as when it arrived. Proof of damage is required before exchange or refund is accepted.
