She is made completely out of high quality designer fabric and is hand drawn and machine sewn and it is paired with our signature EXTRA FULL twirl skirt that is made out of high quality designer fabrics, it has a drop waist and over 80 inches of fabric gathered into it and is finished with rows of yellow and white ruffles.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
