Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Because all items are both handmade and made to order, they could take between 2-4 days to make.

Mail Orders: Standard orders are shipped Monday-Friday of each week via the USPS. Any dessert order received after 6 p.m. on Thursday will be shipped the following week.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Do you accept local deliveries and pick-ups?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary delivery within the city of Atlanta and a few of its surrounding areas when you spend $60 or more (before shipping rates are added). If you choose the local pick-up/delivery option when checking out, we will contact you to make the arrangements.

How are goods shipped to extremely hot climates?

When the weather is excessively hot, Cakestasy reserves the right to upgrade your chosen shipping method to Rush (Next Day) shipping, depending on the shipping destination, to ensure that your order is delivered fresh and in good condition.

If this occurs, you will be contacted about any necessary changes that need to be made to your chosen shipping method before the order is shipped.

*We recommend choosing the Rush shipping method if you live in an area prone to high temperatures between the months of May and September just to ensure that your order arrives to you safely.

What if I have allergies?

All products are manufactured and packaged in the same kitchen and may be made with or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, milk products or ingredients containing soy or gluten.

What is the shelf life of the treats?

Each dessert comes with instructions on how to best store them, but we recommend consuming them within 2 weeks of receiving them (unless you choose to freeze them).

How do I pay for my order?

The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
