How long will it take to receive my order?
PRODUCTION and SHIPPING TIME:
Currently, ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME in general takes between 2 weeks to 4 weeks. These are guidelines only. Unfortunately once I drop your package off at the post office, I am no longer in control on the shipping process and thus, will not be able to guarantee that your order will arrive within the time frame. Delays can take place due to holidays, bad weather or if held by customs.
Your order will be shipped via Registered Mail Service by Post Indonesia, with tracking number to be provided to you after shipment.
Registered packages may require signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notification for you with further instructions on how to obtain your package.
Please note that the tracking# will show records when a package is collected at local post office, departs country of origin, when in transit, and finally when it arrives in the country of destination.
Registered air mail service CANNOT mail to PO BOX addresses. Please provide Non Po Box address for any orders.
A shipping alternative to Registered air mail service is the EMS (EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE), which is equivalent to a courier service when comes to delivery process being reliable and efficient. Delivery takes 3-7 business days with tracking. Depending on the size and the urgency of the order, EMS may offer the most time and cost effective shipping method. Please contact me should you want to inquire about this option.
Should a package gone missing, I will do my very best from my side to locate it, but ultimately it's beyond my control once it's left my hands. Together, in this rare circumstance, we can solve the issue.
Customs fees & duties are out of my control and are your responsibility. I will always describe the paid value accurately on the customs form.
IMPORTANT: I will ship to the address stated in Paypal account.
