These hats are made from fleece and interfacing . It's perfect for cold weather, costumes, or conventions. Very warm! Size: Adult, one size fits all. Circumference about 24-25 in. Can custom fit, just email me. Shipping: Takes 2-3 days in the mail for domestic shipping, international about 1.5-3 weeks. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. If these time frames do not work for you there is priority mail which is about an extra $6.50 for domestic and 14.50 for international.
