I Do NOT accept custom orders or requests for specific characters. Most items listed in this shop are created from pre-made self produced handmade molds. Therefore alterations of the original design (aside from color/painted pattern) are not possible. If you would like an alteration made to a figure, you must contact me BEFORE placing your order so I can create a new listing for you with the personalization cost added. Requests made after purchase will be charged separately. If the personalization charge is not paid within 7 business days of original item purchase, the item will be shipped as originally pictured without the personalization.
Due to the limited availability of some supplies, once a figure sells out I am unable to say if or when it will be available for sale online again. I do not accept Pre-orders or hold items.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 10 business days of paid order. I ship once a week. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Service unless otherwise requested/paid for.

Can I add to or have something customized on robots in your shop?
No. All figures listed are pre-made and cannot be customized.
I saw a cosplay robot/character on your instagram/Facebook, but I don't see it in your shop. Where is it/can I order it?
If you do not see a specific design in my shop it is most likely sold out or not available online. Please be aware all of my cosplay bots are very limited edition and in some cases one of a kind. As I also sell these figures at conventions/shows I often sell out very quickly. Due to the limited availability of some supplies used as well as having at this point hundreds of individual designs, I am only able to make a few of each bots at different times. For these same reasons I cannot guarantee a robot will become available again once it sells out.
Will you be making "Insert Character Name?"
I don't know. With my current workload with the regular Sleepy Robot 13 shop, Conventions, shows and events, as well as other projects/obligations I cannot say if or when I will make a specific character.
Can I request a certain character/property?
No
Can I pre-order/Have a figure held for me?
No. All robots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
