How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR NGC TO COMPLETE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Our turnaround time is 2 BUSINESS WEEKS from the time payment is made. Once the payment has been made then production will begin. Once complete pictures will be sent along with your tracking information.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED ASAP?
If you’d like your order to be rushed (1 BUSINESS WEEK TOTAL) there will be a $15 RUSH FEE in addition to the total of your purchase. *NO EXCEPTIONS

When placing your order specify that it is a GIFT FOR SOMEONE and needs to be sent to their address. We will include a greeting card letting the recipient know that the gift is from you free of charge!
