Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We do NOT accept orders outside the US via Storenvy. If you're interested in purchasing a print or apparel and would like it shipped to anywhere outside the US, please email us directly at [email protected] so we can obtain a proper shipping quote and purchase total for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Fulfillment is generally made within 2 weeks of receiving your order, but in most cases much sooner. Once packed, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you via Storenvy. Domestic orders will arrive anywhere from 2-10 business days (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service), whereas International delivery times can vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All packages are fully insured for domestic orders.
What shipping services do you use?
We ship exclusively with USPS & UPS carriers. All domestic prints are insured for loss or damage via the carrier. International prints are uninsured unless the purchaser has contacted us and made special insured postage requests.
Can you replace lost or damaged purchases?
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, items are ineligible for free replacement through our store. If loss or damage happens to your item in transit, a full refund can be requested via a UPS / USPS insurance claim. If you'd like to file a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help and provide you with proof of value, purchase, and any other info needed for your claim.
