How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, Domestic orders may take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive.
Please note that with the current congestion of all postal services, we have seen delivery take any where from a couple business days to 2-3 weeks to deliver. We understand this can be frustrating but please note that there is nothing GHOULBABE can do to accelerate delivery once your package is in the possession of the post.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
I sent an e-mail but haven't heard back, did it come through?
Yes! Please note that it may take me anywhere between 24-72 hours to be able to get to your e-mail. But no worries, I will respond as soon as possible! ♡
My order is being “returned to sender”, what now?
If a package has been “returned to sender” by the post office due to an incorrect or nonexistent address being provided at checkout, your order can be reshipped once it is back in my possession.
Please note this may take a couple of weeks. Additional shipping costs may apply.
