Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually, we try to have your order shipped within 2 - 7 days.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What shipping service do you use?
Domestic orders (Within the US) are all sent using First Class mail and includes a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade shipping to Priority with tracking and $50 insurance coverage, then simply select it before you checkout.
International orders (Outside the US) are all sent using First Class and you are provided with the customs form number. A Customs Form Number is not the same as a tracking number and cannot be tracked once your package leaves the United States. For Tracking, Registered Mail must be purchased for an additional fee during Checkout.
Snow Bunny Studios is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any customs fees or extra costs that your country applies to your order.
