Welcome to customize your personalized Wedding dress. This listing provides a service for customizing wedding/ Tulle Wedding dress/ Lace Wedding dress/Satin Wedding dress My customization Wedding Dress price starts from $200to $1000, depending on the complexity and material requirements. All the Wedding dress are made after ordering. Please note after receiving your purchase order, my produce time is 4-9 weeks. If the Wedding dress is complicated designed or has a heavy hand craft, it will take more than 6 weeks to 9 weeks or months to make. All orders are shipped through UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS, US parcel usually ship via USPS, the shipment takes 3-15 days in transit. Please include the following information when contacting us: -Pictures of your ideas -Event date -Your personal size(For how to measure your correct size, please see guide below), leave your Phone number and wedding/ party/ event date in the order note when you placing order. (For orders outside the U.S., a contact number must be provided to the shipping company for emergency contact.) Please note to measure carefully and check the size chart in the dress page to choose the fit size. To determine your US dress size or CUSTOM SIZE, you need to measure your Bust, Waist, Hips (Seat) and Dress length. Please see guide below or illustration. (Or measure with help of a professional tailor) 1: Upper bust: __ inch/cm (Measure around the highest part of your chest directly under the arms. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. ) 2: Bust: __ inch/cm (Measure circumference around the bust at the fullest part. Use a flexible measuring tape, and keep it parallel with the floor). 3: Under bust: __ inch/cm (Measure under your breasts in the same manner as measuring over them. ) 4: Waist: __ inch/cm (Measure your body around your natural waistline. Your waistline is usually just above your belly button (narrowest part of torso). Not sure where you waistline is? Stand in front of a mirror, and bend to one side. Your waistline is simply where you can see a natural indentation in torso on this side). 5: Hips(seat): __ inch/cm (Measure circumference around your hips (seat) at the fullest part.) 6: Dress length (Hollow to hem): __inch/cm (Stand straight with bare feet together and measure from the center of the collarbone to somewhere depending on the dress style. For long dress, please measure it to the floor. INCLUDING THE HEIGHT OF SHOES) 7: Height： __inch/cm（ Measure from head to floor without shoes） 8: Shoulder to shoulder (shoulder width): __inch/cm (Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.) 9: Sleeve length: __inch/cm (Keep your shoulders relaxed and arms down at your sides. Hold the measuring tape at the edge of your shoulder (the armhole), and measure straight down to where your wanted length.) 10: Arm girth: __ inch/cm (Measure around the bicep at the fullest part. ) 11: Wrist: __ inch/cm (Measure around your wrist around the wrist bone. Hold the tape measure tight to your skin, but do not squeeze your wrist.) 12: Hollow to bust length: __ inch/cm (Measure from the hollow down to parallel with the bust at the fullest part.) 13: Hollow to waist length: __ inch/cm (Measure from the hollow straight down to the waistline length.) 14: Neck circumference: __ inch/cm (Measure below the Adam's apple. Do not crane your neck out or squeeze your chin down. The tape should be resting lightly on the skin, not squeezing it. Hold one finger under the tape measure to ensure some room for comfort.) 15: Hem slit: __ inch/cm (Measure from the waistline straight down to where your wanted begin slit. ) RETURNS REFUNDS Unfortunately, following items cannot return or refund: • If your event is canceled or you changed your mind. • If you give me wrong measurements. • Items that have been worn and/or used or damaged. • If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only then it can be returned). • Rush Service Fees or Shipping Fees or Reservation Payments are not refundable. • Return Shipping is buyer responsible. • Custom Orders are not refundable. Definition of Custom Order: All of my items are made to order which means I handmade all items in my store upon request. Therefor, everything is considered Custom Made. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

Rush order

I accept Rush Orders.
But please First let me know Your Exact Wedding/Event Date and after I can check my Production Calendar and tell you How much Rush Service Fee is required.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am a Professional Dressmaker with 25+ Years of Experience.
If you couldn't find Your Dream Dress in My Store, then you can send me Pictures or Drawings of Your Dream Dress and I can bring it to Life for You!
We can together create Amazing and Unique Dresses with You!
Or I can customize My Own Dresses for you, according to your needs and requirements.

A Custom project according to a Picture or Drawing or Your Custom Requests may take up to 10-14 weeks to create.
But during the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer (12-14 weeks) than regular season.

Production time

The time I need to prepare a Standard Order for shipping varies.

Please Note: During the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer than regular season.

My Production Time starts when the payment is cleared and I have received all the details of your order as I needed (Your Custom Measurements, Color and Custom Requests if there are any).

But don't be in worries My Dear, busy season or not, I will still fit Your Order in My Production Calendar and make a Beautiful Dress Just for You - In Your Custom Measurements and Requests.

CANCELLATION

I accept cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Please note that there will be 5% Fee deducted from the total sum you originally paid. It is PayPal service fee which is non-refundable for us in anyway.

For any reason, If a Custom Order (None Rush) is requested to be cancelled within 7 Days after it's placed, then I can only refund 70% of the order amount.
But after 7 Days, Custom Orders may not be subject to cancel.
Because after I received an order, I arrange the necessary materials Fabrics as soon as possible and lot's of time and effort would be already involved. Hoping for your understanding about this.

RETURNS REFUNDS

Standard Size US-2-US16 You can decide whether to return or not within 7 days after receiving the item. The return address may be different from the shipping address. Please contact me for the correct return address.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer is responsible for any loss of value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
The following items or services cannot be returned or exchanged: 1- Clearance or Sale Items, 2- Accessories, 3- Custom Made Items, 4- Flash Sale Items, 5- Rush or Upgrade Service Fees, 6- Shipping or Expedited Shipping .
Unfortunately, following items cannot return or refund:
• If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
• If you give me wrong measurements.
• Items that have been worn and/or used or damaged.
• If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only then it can be returned).
• Rush Service Fees or Shipping Fees or Reservation Payments are not refundable.
• Return Shipping is buyer responsible.
• Custom Orders are not refundable. Definition of Custom Order: All of my items are made to order which means I handmade all items in my store upon request. Therefor, everything is considered Custom Made.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

• Customs taxes or import duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
• Please kindly note that I cannot responsible for delays due to customs. Also once it's shipped, I cannot responsible for delays/lost items.
• To save volume and shipping cost for you, I will use Soft and Safe Packing way for your shipping. If you want me to ship Your Dress in a Box, then please inform me in advance. But shipping cost would come 2-3 times more expensive when shipped with Box, as the volume is much Bigger.

DISCOUNTS & SALES

Sales come and go randomly. If you see an ongoing sale, you can go ahead and place your order to Lock the Price. But your custom custom measurements may come in 1-2 days later.

Please Note:
After you placed your order, If a bigger sale/discount was applied, I cannot recalculate the price and the order cannot be cancelled for the reason of price change.

LOCAL ALTERATIONS

All of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions.
However, when you receive your item you may need some alterations. This is a standard practice in the Bridal Industry and I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and Your Budget accordingly.
