Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We are accepting orders outside the US, but please be aware of shipping rates in your area!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
3D Prints, depending on size can range from 2-10 days. Smaller prints take less time. Fully finished pieces are 2-4 days. From there it is shipped via First Class Priority Mail.
Where is my order?
You should get a tracking number sent to the email address you signed up with, within the time frame it takes to complete your order.
If the tracking number says the package is stalled in another state or within your own state, you may be experiencing "package looping". This specifically happens with USPS, and can be "knocked loose" via filling out a Missing Mail form here: http://missingmail.usps.com
If the item is lost, please contact me for a replacement.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I specifically do with 3D prints. To order a custom 3D printed .STL file, please select an option under the "3D Printed" tab to the left.
