FAQs & Polices

How come one side of my charm looks cloudy/has a film?

Some charms come with a protective film on them to protect them during delivery and transit. This often looks like a slightly cloudy or whitish film on one side. All you have to do it peel it off and your charm will be sparkly and new!

How come some of your charms have dangler accessories and others don't?

Some of my charms come with dangler accessories and others do not, this is entirely dependent on my stock for accessories at the time. Unless a charm design requires an accessory, then the availability of materials will determine if I am able to include them or not.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I DO accept international orders, however due to the difficulty I have experienced in the past with international shipping, I am unable to replace or refund any international orders that may get lost or damaged during transit. I greatly apologize for this inconvenience, but if you wish to place an international order I am happy to fulfill it, but it will be at your own risk. Once an order is placed outside of the USA, I cannot be held responsible for it once it leaves my post office.

So the answer is YES, I do accept international orders, but please understand it is AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am unable to refund or replace lost international orders if such should occur. If you wish to place such an order it is with that understanding of risk.

How come international shipping is so expensive?

Unfortunately international shipping out from the US is much pricier than domestic shipping costs, especially when it comes to packages (of any size). Even rigid envelopes are often classed as small packages and postage is priced as such accordingly. I apologize for this inconvenience but sadly there is nothing I can do about it.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items?

Yes, absolutely! If you order multiple items I am happy to do combined shipping for you. Unfortunately, storenvy's system is less than optimal for working out shipping costs on multiple items so PLEASE CONTACT ME once you've placed your order with your NAME, ORDER # and EMAIL and we'll work out any differences in shipping costs.

Apologies in advance; the restrictions on storenvy's shipping calculator make it difficult to manage combined shipping on items. If you are overcharged on shipping I will happily refund you the difference!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times often vary between 1 and 4 weeks, but can be even longer depending on customs. I've had a few instances where orders were held up for a few months due to customs, though this tends to be rare.

The Post Office lost/broke my item! Can I get another?

As long as I have available stock remaining, you are more than welcome to purchase a replacement!

I am afraid I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the US postal service as that is beyond my control. I always make sure to pack my items well and safely for their journey, but once they leave my hands I cannot be responsible for how the Post Office handles them. I know how frustrating this can be as it's happened to me for many items I've ordered, but unfortunately once the item is shipped I can't be held responsible for how your mail carrier treats them. For this I apologize!
