The Process:
The Harley Davidson Flag is first cut down to size into 13 individual pieces then sanded. It is then given a 'charred' effect by burning the top layer of each board to give it a beautiful unique look and brings out the beautiful wood grain of our hand picked wood.
The boards are then stained with multiple coats of Minwax stain and then glued and nailed and clamped for hours.
Once the flag is together we then engrave the Stars and the Harley Davidson logo before protecting and sealing it all with Minwax Polyurethane.
ALL OUR FLAGS ARE PROFESSIONALLY ENGRAVED WITH STATE OF THE ART CNC ROUTER!
This long process is what creates this beautiful work of art and a must have for any Harley Davidson enthusiast.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are custom made for each customer and takes approximately 5-7 days to build the flag and then it ships out free 2-4 day Priority mail. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
