How long will it take to receive my order?

While we're available to contact at all hours, we usually ship out orders on weekdays (Mondays-Fridays). Any orders placed after Friday 4pm EST might not be shipped until Monday (though there may be exceptions). We hope you understand!

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why are most of your products on pre-order status now? How long is the wait?

Don't worry! Chances are, your order will be shipped out within 3-5 weekdays (Mondays-Fridays) as usual, unless there are special circumstances. There are no extra typical "preorder waiting times" and we make sure to get your goodies to you asap.

They're only on preorder status because it gives us a little more time to make sure each order is perfect for amazing customers like you <3. It also helps us make sure we have enough when we meet you lovely supporters in person at events.

All pins are also made-to-order so you are guaranteed to have a brand new, minted, fresh-off-the-press one when you order :D

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Please contact us before placing an international order! There is a higher shipping cost if you want to buy from outside of the US.

I don't see any series that I like. Can I request for a specific one?

You may request for a series of your liking in our contact page or shoot us an email at [email protected] with the title "[Series Request]". If there is enough demand, we'll consider creating merch for the series.
