This petticoat is wonderful! It fit a 137cm waist very comfortably with room to spare, and the material feels smooth and nice; the lace at the bottom also feels soft, not low quality at all. The hoops are easy to adjust and have plastic caps to keep the ends from tearing the material or poking your legs. It's lightweight, cool in our hot weather, and even easy to sit down in. I couldn't be happier with it and highly recommend it for fellow plus size lolitas. :)
