How long will it take to receive my order?
The order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. After delivery, delivery time is about 10-20 days.
Please note that delivery times may vary with customs, weather or busy holidays.

What is your refund policy?
We offer store credit refunds for 3 conditions only.

We will no longer be providing refunds for lost parcels.
Our responsibility is to ship out orders only, although we provide tracking numbers for some items but please understand that we can not always keep track of all parcels going overseas.
What if my purchase is out of stock after the order has been placed?
If your order is out of stock, we will contact you right away and offer either a payment refund or an item exchange.
What if I receive an item not described or is defective?
If you receive defective items, please contact us and provide us with the photo of the item. If we find that the item is eligible for a store credit refund or a merchandise resend, we will respond to you immediately.
