Charm collection based on the 'hololive GAMERS' subdivision inside the virtual youtuber agency hololive. The original 4 members are accompanied by other friends, Ayame and Subaru. Preorder: ♦ Preorders will ship between mid-January and early February 2025. Charms: ★ Clear acrylic charm + holographic coating on the front side (it shines!) ★ Printed on both sides (there's a different expression on each side!) ★ Size: about 6 cm. ★ Accessories: Silver-plated star-shaped clasp + a little colored acrylic star + a small jingle bell. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to send my order?

Orders will be shipped in a max. of 10 days unless it's a preorder. Preorders can take up to around a month until we're able to start shipping (please refer to each product for the details).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. There may be cases where delivery times are up to 12 weeks, please be warned.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We will refund the order when it's a mistake on our part. This includes: the goods are defective; there is no stock though you could buy the product; we sent the wrong goods.

If the package is forwarded back to us, we will contact you. You will be able to choose between being refunded the money for the goods (not the shipping), or we can send it again to you (by paying the shipping cost again).

Sent products won't be refunded if lost. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. You can choose Registered shipping for more safety.

In any case, don't be afraid to inquire us about your package if you see it doesn't arrive. Depending on the situation and stock of the product, different arrangements can be made.

Does my order have a tracking number?

Only orders sent with Registered shipping have a tracking number. Orders sent with Standard shipping do not have a tracking number. Please be warned.

The tracking of my order doesn't update. What happened?

We noticed this mainly occurs with orders shipped to the United States. The tracking stops updating after it leaves the country of origin. The package still arrives at its destination, but the tracking no longer updates.

If 1 month has passed since the order was shipped and you still haven't received it, nor the tracking hasn't updated, please contact us. We can contact the postal service and request information about the status of your order.
