Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We are an artistic Collective that will send the artworks mainly from Spain. But we also send from many other countries where we organize exhibitions or because we have artistic arrangements with many artists from around the world we love and we like work with. In any case, in the description of the products or in the SHIPPING NOTES, we always indicate from where the product is going to be sent.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped the days that will take to arrive will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 week - 2 weeks aprox. It often depends on whether or not Customs stop packages... In the event that they are stopped.
Do we confirm the shipping address and that the payment has been made correctly?
Yes, we always do it. In the 24 hours following the purchase, we always send you a personalized message to confirm the purchase and the shipping address.
Are packages sent with tracking number?
Yes, we will always provide you with the shipping number of the package and the link to check the shipment.

The artworks that are sent from Spain: we always use the state postal and parcel service Operator named CORREOS https://www.correos.es that will provide us with a tracking number that we will give you, because all shipments are certified.
The artworks sent by different artists we work with around the world: They will always use the cheapest and safest. And they will always provide us with a tracking number and a link to make inquiries. And that number and the link we will provide it to you.
do you want a customized art shipping?
Yes...If you want a customized art shipping...you can tell us...and we will arrange it...
But as we said in a previous point ... we use the Spanish state service (CORREOS) that makes shipments to the whole world perfectly.
And when the works are sent by the artists directly from their countries of origin, they always use an effective service, as we have already said, and always with a tracking number.
