Unfortunately we do not suggest sizes!! There are numerous of different shapes, sizes, body chemistry that a woman has. So please make sure you order your size accordingly. Go a size down for a tight fit.

I started this company because I realized my weight would constantly fluctuate from 160-175 . It was very challenging for me and I just could not keep the weight off.
