Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We only ship to addresses within the United States at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Express delivery options are available.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order from our home to yours so that you remain aware of where your items are at all times.
If you are a local Las Vegas resident, we do offer delivery to your home or business for an additional fee. We do not deliver to hotels at this time.
Can I Request a Certain Color or Container for my Candles?
Yes you can! All of our products are homemade and are created by hand once you place your order. Want a purple candle scented with vanilla? A black candle with a peach scent? Just let us know and we'll customize your candle color and container at no additional charge. Please note that you must note your request when placing your order. We are unable to customize your order once production on your candles has begun.
Why Are There White Streaks On My Candle?
We manufacture candles using 100% soy wax. Although to do our very best to minimize the appearance of streaks (also known as frosting or bloom) this is a natural reaction to the wax cooling and settling into the container.
Our Lana tins are available in a variety or sizes and are a great alternative for customers concerned with frosting.
