Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Though we are located in Canada, we do accept international orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All pre-made items are shipped within 10 business days of ordering, as orders are shipped once per week. In the case of an unforeseen delay, the seller will reach out to customers with open orders via email to provide an update.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. It is recommended that customers purchase tracked shipping to ensure the package is insured in case of a loss while in transit. Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be potential delays in postal services.

How can I get a custom pacifier?

While our custom orders are not currently open, the process for making a custom order is quite simple! Please note that custom orders require a $10 deposit prior to the starting of your custom order, however customers may pay in full up-front if preferred.
Steps to Ordering a Custom Pacifier:
1. Email the shop at [email protected] to discuss your ideas.
2. If your ideas are doable, pay the $10 deposit listing available in store.
3. The seller will assemble the product according to the agreed upon design. We prefer to be actively in contact with the customer during assembly to ensure maximum customization.
4. Once the finished product is approved by the customer, the customer must pay for the remaining balance of the product, as well as shipping costs.
If the customer refuses to pay the balance once the order has been started, the deposit will not be refunded, no exceptions. If a deposit has been paid but the product has not been started, only then is a refund possible.

What if I made a mistake with the shipping address?

If there has been an error made in the shipping address and you have not yet received an email confirmation of shipment, please contact the seller immediately via the Contact Us portion of the shop website, or via email at [email protected].

If the order has been placed with a noticeably incomplete mailing address, the seller will attempt to contact the customer via email to correct the address. Failure to respond to these emails within 7 business days will result in an order cancellation without refund.

-Orders that have not yet been shipped can have the address corrected with ease.
-Domestic orders within Canada may be able to be corrected with Canada Post, though this is not guaranteed.
-International orders made with tracked shipping may be able to be corrected, though this is up to the discretion of the postal services shipped through, and is not guaranteed.
-International orders made without tracked shipping are unable to have the address corrected.
-Orders that have been returned to sender can be reshipped, however the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs again.Customers who do not wish to have their order reshipped will not receive a refund, as all orders are final sale.
-Orders that have been lost in transit due to an incorrect address will not be refunded, as the seller is not responsible for this error. No exceptions.

Is your packaging discreet?

All orders are mailed in plain bubble mail envelopes. The only indication on the outside of the package of the nature of its contents is the store name, should someone decide to search it up. All pacifiers are marked as "toys" for customs. If you would like 100% discreet packaging, please leave a note in your order. The shop name will be left off of the return address in that event. The package will then appear to be a gift from your friend Emilie from Canada.

Do you send any extra treats with orders?

Every pacifier order comes with a goody bag full of candy and/or little toys!

What is your policy on selling to minors (under 18 years old)?

Baby Bat Creations considers itself to be an 18+, adult-oriented business. Our products are made by adults, for adults. We will never knowingly sell to someone under the age of 18, and take a strong stance against minors in the kink community. Baby Bat Creations caters to the CG/l, ABDL, and ageplay communities and is not open to minors, even with parental consent. Any order found to be made by an individual under the age of 18 will see their order cancelled. By purchasing from Baby Bat Creations, you are acknowledging that you are 18 and over and are not purchasing on behalf of a minor, in accordance with our shop policies.

If you know of a minor who has purchased from us without our knowledge, please email us at [email protected] so that we may blacklist the purchaser. If you are the parent of a minor who has purchased from our shop, please reach out via email to discuss a potential return and refund, but please be aware that the shop is not responsible for the actions of the minor involved.

How do I clean my pacifier?

Pacifiers can be cleaned with warm water and dish soap. Be careful with decorations and centrepieces. Do not soak or boil the pacifier. Please refer to the care sheet provided in your order goody bag for more information.

Can I re-sell my Baby Bat products?

Baby Bat Creations does not consent to the resale of products by customers for the purpose of making a profit (selling for more than the purchase price). Customers may not re-sell Baby Bat products in “little boxes”, subscription boxes, or sets unless they have received written permission from the seller to do so. Customers are welcome to re-sell their items if they find they no longer have a use, but if found to be doing so for a profit or in a set for resale, will find themselves blacklisted from making future purchases.

Can I use my Baby Bat products in a giveaway?

Customers wishing to purchase or use Baby Bat products for giveaways are asked to email the store at [email protected] prior to hosting the giveaway. Typically, the answer will be yes, but the store would like to be aware of the giveaway. The giveaway must be 18+. Please be respectful of the seller and credit us for our products used in the giveaway.

Can you hold a product for me?

Baby Bat Creations no longer offers holds on products for customers. All products are available on a first come, first serve basis. Special circumstances may be considered.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Customers who have chosen shipping with tracking can contact the seller via the Contact Us portion of the website or via email at [email protected] for help with contacting postal services regarding your lost package. The seller will do their best to work with postal services to help either locate your package or to try to secure an insurance refund for the package, but the seller cannot guarantee any particular outcome as it is at the discretion of the postal services. We are unable to assist customers with untracked international orders. Customers are recommended to purchase tracked shipping for the best possible ordering experience. International customers who wish to purchase tracked shipping, if not already given the option in-store, are asked to contact the seller via email for more options.
