Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. From experience, shipping to the United States can take up to 2 to 4 weeks.
What shipping service are you using?
I send out orders via Singpost's Ordinary Mail service. Yes, it's air mail.
Will there be a tracking number?
Unfortunately no. Ordinary mail does not offer tracking services :(
