Digital commissions - the finished product will be emailed to you as jpg file at 300 dpi. Other file types may be available upon request (as long as my image software can save to that file type).
Prices are per character without backgrounds. Please feel free to send me an email or message on Twitter (@/khiwatari) for a quote on background.
You can include any commission information in a note during your order, but no worries if you forgot to do that. I will contact you by the email on the order when I got the notification from Storenvy to discuss the details of your commission.

Things that I draw:
- Fanart of characters
- Original characters
- SFW
- Simple to normal backgrounds
- Certain Pokemons are fine (usually the cute ones LOL)
Things I don't draw:
- Not SFW
- Mecha
- Complex backgrounds
- Realistic-looking things
- Complex Pokemons/animals
I will send you file for review during the following stages:
- After sketch
- After base colours
- Almost done (only allow very minor changes at this stage)
Refunds are not available after sketch is approved. Refunds do not include Storenevy and PayPal fees that are already deducted from the order (I do not get those).
Commissions are for personal use only by default. If you would like to request for a commercial commission, please contact me by email at [email protected] for quotes.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Of course! Please refer to our shipping information accessed from the left menu bar for locations that we ship to and approximate shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items will require approximately 3 days to pack. Custom items or items that need to be made may take longer. Items are dropped off at the post once a week on either Thursdays or Fridays unless it is a stat holiday. You will receive a confirmation email from me after you ordered on the scheduled shipping date of your item.
Shipping times are approximately:
United States: 1 week
Canada: 1-1.5 weeks
International: 1-5 weeks
Please note that the above delivery times are very rough estimates and there may be other factors (eg. the pandemic) which may delay shipping times.
