Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Some pieces I'm not able to, due to cost of shipping and handling fees. But this information will be made evident on that particular product's detail section. To ensure everything gets to you in time(and in the right place!), please make sure you have provided the correct address for me, written at the checkout. Thank you!

Do you accept credit card/debit card/Paypal?

Whilst I personally prefer to use Paypal, yes, I also accept credit card and debit card payments too.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes! Although the prices listed in my store products are in US Dollar (USD/$), all currencies are accepted at the current exchange rate. If you are using Paypal, prices will be converted at the checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It can take up to a week for your order to be shipped as I am hand packaging all my orders. Domestic orders (UK) usually take 3-5 days to arrive, International orders can take around 2-6 weeks to arrive from the date they have been shipped (this will vary depending on your location). If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me beforehand.

What shipping method do you use?

For all my orders I use UK Royal Mail First Class Signed For/Recorded-Delivery, a parcel tracking number will be provided in accordance with this service. Orders are usually shipped the next working day, but this can vary up to a week as I am hand packaging all my orders. If special requirements are needed to preserve or dispatch your piece, I will make this information available on that particular product's detail section.

How much is shipping and handling?

UK Shipping and handling fees are £2.50 for all pieces, with £0.50p added for additional items, this includes PRINTS & ORIGINALS. International Shipping and handling fees will be be considerably more depending on location, this information (If you're in the MARKETPLACE) is provided on the 'SHIPPING COSTS' Section above. Simply select your country to determine the costs. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me before you order.

How are PRINTS packaged?

5 x 7 inch (S) & 8.5 x 11 inch (M) PRINTS are packed flat, placed in a clear plastic sleeve for water-protection, and secured carefully onto a stiff sheet of foam board. the piece is then covered over with a stiff sheet of watercolour paper, and everything is placed finally in a strong, reinforced envelope. 11 x 14 inch (L) PRINTS are placed in a clear plastic sleeve, rolled up very carefully and then placed in a strong, reinforced postal tube. Any 11 x 14 inch (L) PRINTS bought with 5 x 7 inch (S) & 8.5 x 11 inch (M) PRINTS, will be packaged all together, in the same envelope. ALL PRINTS are hand-signed, numbered and personalised for each customer.

How is ORIGINAL ARTWORK packaged?

If the surface I've worked on is a type of paper, card-stock or board, typically these are packed in the same way as prints, but if the piece is larger than 11 x 14 inches, this will still be packed flat (in a padded envelope if necessary) instead of being rolled up and placed in a postal tube. Any prints bought with original artwork, are packaged all together, in the same envelope. Work done on canvas is packaged in a similar way, but is instead always placed inside a padded envelope with added fortifications like bubble-wrap, so the canvas doesn't buckle, warp, dent or perforate during transit.
