How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How do the Digital Downloads work?

1. When your order is placed, I receive in email notification of the purchase request [ Thank You! :) ]
2. Within 24 hours, I will send the purchased files to the email corresponding to your Paypal account.
3. Files are sent via a FTP client (Yousendit.com).
4. Open the email, and click the download link.
5. The download should immediately begin.
6. Play files with your choice of music player.

There are numerous advantages to Digital Downloads that benefit both the listener and artist. Some examples:
1. You, the listener, have the opportunity to own higher quality (WAV) audio files, not available from many third party digital distributers.
2. Artist can release songs much quicker and easier than going through a digital distributer.
3. You will receive actual audio files (rather than renting 6 uses from iTunes).
4. You receive album art straight from the source, less degradation.
5. Less hassle in transferring files to your audio players.
6. 100% of purchase goes to the artist, providing a healthier financial environment for the artist's growth (Rather than 70%, as with iTunes.) Money better spent!

Finally, please be responsible and ethical with your music. The future of music is being re-written as we speak. Be a part of something positive, not negative. In the end, the death of music benefits no one.

Troubleshooting Digital Downloads

In the rare event that there is a glitch in the file transfer, try these trouble shooting tips.

1. If download does not immediately begin, reopen the email and try again.
2. Try copying the link url into a new browser window.
3.Try clicking the file name, rather than the "download" button.
4. If these tips yield no results, email me (weaverattheloom@gmail.com) and I will personally make sure you are taken care of.
