How long will it take to receive my order?
You can see processing and shipping times in the descriptions for each individual item.
Standard shipping times are 1-3 weeks for US and Canada, and up to 4 for the rest of the world.
Time that takes us to make your items can range from 1 to 10 business days depending on the time of the year and the amount of orders. Around the holiday season processing times tend to be longer, so if you're purchasing gifts, we recommend you to order early to have them delivered on time.
We are doing our best to meet these estimates, but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Exceptions: Returns & Exchanges
We have many production partners and they all have different policies. For some products we might be able to offer return or exchange, but only if the product arrives damaged or defected. You'll need to provide the image clearly showing the defect in order to return the product. We'll do our best to return or replace the product at no cost to you, but shipping fees might apply.
Again, exceptions apply only for some products and we can't guaranty returns or exchanges in 100% of the cases. However, in case of any issues, we encourage you to contact us!
Do you accept custom and personilized orders?
Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders. If you're not 100% happy with the designs we're offering, you can ask us to change it to another color, add your name or some text to the design or some simple design elements.
Also, if you like a certain design, but it's not on the product you want, ask us to combine this product and design. We can do that!
If you have an idea for a product, let us know! If you think some of our designs would look great on ______, but we're currently not selling ______, we encourage you to tell us. Our production partners might be able to make this type of product!
