We provide worldwide shipping to verified addresses. Shipping charges will apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. It can take anywhere from 3-8 business days with flat rate shipping to the US. International and remote US destinations can take up to 15 additional business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package.

During holiday seasons, please add additional processing and shipping times for delays.

How do you ship, and what is the price?

We use local and major carriers for shipping, including USPS, FEDEX, UPS and DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on your destination.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can definitely change the shipping address. To change the shipping address on your order, please email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to include your Order Number, email address and telephone number on the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 days after receiving that email.

What are "Pre-order" items?

We sometimes allow our customers to pr-order high-demand items or new items we are preparing to stock. If you pre-order an item, you will make your purchase as usual, however the item will not ship until we have it in stock (usually takes a couple weeks). As soon as the item is available, pre-orders will be shipped out immediately. If there is any stock left after that, they will be available for sale to the general public.
