What do I do if I have a reaction with a soap, salve, or lotion?

ALL topical products made anywhere (at home or in production) come with the possibility of a reaction.

Bohemian Firefly is not responsible for any reactions you may have while using any of my products, in any category. ALL ingredients are listed in each product.

Buyers are responsible for taking note of any ingredients they know or believe they are or might be sensitive to and are discouraged from purchasing said products they would be or may be sensitive to.

Again, the BUYER'S responsibility is to take note of all ingredients listed before purchasing.
Also, the buyer is responsible, after purchasing, to test the product in a small area on their forearm before continuously using it.

If you have a reaction - stop using it immediately and wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you have the reaction within 30 days of purchasing the soap, salve, lotion, or any other product purchased from this store - contact the store directly through the contact page for instructions on receiving a refund and returning the product.

Note - I do not reuse returned soaps, salves, or lotions.
HOWEVER: I clean, sanitize, and reuse or recycle the containers they are in IF they are not damaged.

I do not take responsibility for the misuse or the effects of misuse of any product sold in my store.
Uses are clear and listed and I, Bohemian Firefly; Mary R. Seelye, am not liable for stupidity, internet challenges gone bad, or other experimentation of any sort.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, however, there will be a much larger shipping charge to ship overseas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
