Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Of course! I ship anywhere in the world, but be aware that shipping rates may be different depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most US orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal carrier. International shipping can between 2 and 6 weeks. It all depends on the efficiency of your postal carrier and where the package is going.

I didn't get my order! What do I do?

If your order is not delivered within estimated delivery, please contact me ASAP. I will get in contact with your postal carrier and find out where your package is. If the package is lost, contact me with your order number and tracking number and/or first and last name and zip code so I can provide you with a refund. Keep in mind, shipping costs are nonrefundable.

My order came damaged! What do I do?

If there has been any damage to your order or our package, please contact me immediately with your first and last name, as well as your zip code, or your order and tracking number. I will be more than happy to refund you full price, contact you with instructions on how to fix it, or you can send it back and I will fix it for you for no extra charge!

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

Based on my local post office hours it can take about 1 - 3 days to ship your order. If you order on a Thursday night or a Friday morning, your order may not ship until Monday. If you order on any other weekday, your order may not ship until the morning after the next. If it takes any longer, which it shouldn't, I will contact you immediately with an update on your package.

Why did you close your shop?

If my shop is ever closed when you click the link, it is most likely because I am trying to catch up on orders, unless otherwise specified. If it is closed, don't worry! It will be back up and running before you know it!
