DPCLB "Skorpion King Soundtrack" tape (silt breeze inspired noise rock)

Another tape from DPCLB. As mentioned in the other write up, one of my favorite bands i played with on tour recently. This one is a little more sparse than the tape that came after...occasional bursts of Flying Nun by way of southern trailer park pop....detatched ramblings....basement casio invocations. They already have their footing with this one, but their is less noise and dirge that would be found on the next tape. A band to keep an eye on...I hope they write an LP that continues down the more damaged aspects of their sound, but includes the interesting songwriting. Skorpion King Soundtrack by DPCLB
