Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! Don't let the crazy shipping prices on here fool you, International orders are welcome.

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship between 1-2 business days after purchase via the US Post Office (USPS) or UPS.

Items are packaged with care, insured for the total value of the items, and include tracking/delivery confirmation that will be emailed to the customer once their order ships.

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time. However, we do encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase if there is a time-sensitive nature to your order (gift/event/etc.).

What about International duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes on International shipments are the sole responsibility of you the customer and are not included in the Shipping and Handling fee paid to Wicked Skinny Shop at the time of your purchase.

We do realize that International shipping can be expensive and try our best to minimize any additional costs for our customers. However, we will NOT mark the package as a gift or in any other false way in an attempt to avoid fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How do I cancel my order?

If we receive cancellation notice before the order has shipped, customers will receive a refund minus any payment processing fees incurred.

If we receive cancellation notice after the order has shipped, customers will receive a refund minus any processing and shipping fees incurred in returning the package to us. Additionally, items may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item(s).

DO NOT refuse a package unless instructed to do so by our support team.

My package arrived damaged, or is missing in transit, what can I do?

Items from Wicked Skinny Shop are carefully packaged to protect them during the trip to their destination.

At the time a package is picked up from our studio by a shipping carrier, the carrier is then responsible for the package arriving to the customer. If there is any issue with delivery or damage to your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Additionally, Wicked Skinny Shop cannot refund or replace missing items when tracking shows the package has been delivered. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to get their mail.

Why does my order show up as "recurring" on my statement?

Rest assured, this does not signify a recurring payment. You will not be charged again by Wicked Skinny Shop for your original order.

Simply, this "recurring" note indicates that the credit card information provided during checkout was saved for future charges, as explained in the Stripe support link below.

Yes, we do. Customers in Oswego, NY and surrounding areas can call (315) 216-7980 to place an order and schedule a pick-up time at Wicked Skinny Studios. Please leave a message if we are unavailable to answer and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Artist Direct product listings are free advertisements for friends of Wicked Skinny Studios in hopes of introducing our customers to new designer toy platforms from trusted artists who make and ship their own products.
