Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We absolutely do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders to the United States of America, we expect products to arrive anywhere from 7 to 14 business days after shipment.
For orders globally (outside of the U.S.A), we expect products to arrive anywhere from 15 to 30 business days after shipment.
All orders will receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any time but feel free to head to our 'contact us' page if you have any questions regarding your order.
What is a processing time? how long will this take?
When an order is placed it can take up to five days for a transaction to come through and after this time your order will be shipped and your tracking number will be sent to your Storenvy email address.

Prima Donna Girl is currently an online only store. We ship from an overseas provider which allows us to ship not only to the U.S.A but worldwide. :)
