Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! I have clients with some of my products from Germany, England and Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the item is listed as in stock it will be shipped immediately. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
However if you chose a custom option it will take longer. It could take up to 3 months to finish before shipping depending on how busy the season is. Normally I can do an order in a week. But if I have a lot of orders in front of you it may take longer. Especially closer to winter. If you are wondering how long it will take and whether you will get it in time please by all means send me an email at [email protected] titled SAY ORDER INQUIRY and I'll give you the waiting time before you place your order.

Are hats washable?
Yes they definitely are. I've had mine for about 5 years now and wash it regularly. I recommend using a delicates laundry bag for optimal results!
