Once you check out, Leave a message for us with the correct spelling of the name and the color you would like the name. If your order has more than one personalized item, please specify what name goes on what sizes and colors.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please Note: Once the postal service receives the package, we can only track the it based on the information received from them and will not be held responsible for damaged or delayed items.. Holidays, natural disasters, and unforeseen circumstances may affect normal delivery times with the postal carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
We hate to see you go but if you must, we do except cancellations within an (1) hour of placing your order. After your order is placed we begin processing it to make sure you receive your quality order on time.
What is the processing time on my order?
Please allow at least 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed before shipment. When your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you.
