Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Blogger templates & blog/graphic work: Yes!

Any other items that need to be shipped out physically will be expensive. It's usually $15-$25 for shipping in a small envelope or box.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order via EMAIL within 24 hours.

How do you load photoshop actions?

Don't worry about that! All orders come with PDF instructions. Read the description of each product to see what you'll be receiving :)

I haven't received my order after 24 hours. What's happening?

Please take in account that I may be sleeping, power is out or your email on your account was wrong. You can always contact me on Storenvy with your email and I'll send it out to you asap!

I can't find my background image?

If you are following the PDF instructions and you don't find a background image in the zip file, please check the listing and see if it's included.

If the layout's background is white then there's no image.

I can't find my header image?

Unless stated otherwise, all headers are made to order and may take up to 24 hours to send out taking in account different time zones :)

Please make sure you fill out the form so I can make it.
