How long will it take to receive my order?

AFTER PRODUCTION Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 to 14 business days depending on the efficiency of local postal service.

How long does it take to construct custom units?

Once payment is successfully processed. It takes 5-7 Business Days For Lavèsh Wigs to be constructed (does not include the weekends or holidays)

What type of cap is used for wig construction?

All Lavèsh Wigs are made with Japenese Dome caps. With these caps it allows clients natural hair to breath. Definitely great for those who participate in curricular activities such as working out or swimming.

How many bundles are required for a wig?

2 Bundles are suggested for Units with lengths between 10-14"
3 Bundles are suggested for Units with lengths between 16-22"
4 or 5 Bundles are suggested for Units with lengths between 24"-30"

What is the difference between a U-Part, Lace Closure, and Lace Frontal units?

U-part units are wigs with a u-shaped opening, where your natural hair is required to be left out. Secured down by Wig combs sewn throughout the unit, or can be sewn down by stylist.

Lace Closure units are wigs made with 4x4/4x5 lace closures. Lace Closure Units do not require any of your hair to be left out. Clients have the option to have a left, right, or middle part. Unit will be secured by an elastic band sewn throughout the unit.

Lace Frontal units are wigs made with 13x5 lace closures This unit also does not require for your natural hair to be left out. Frontal Units give the illusion of a natural hairline which allows you to part anywhere on the front of the hairline. Unit will be secured by an elastic band sewn throughout the unit.

How will the unit fit securely on my head?

All units are made to fit each individual client by using the measurements provided by client. For extra security an elastic band is sewn throughout the inside of all closure and frontal units. This allows the unit to fit comfortably and securely. U-part units are made with wig combs sewn throughout the inside of the unit, or can be sewn down by your stylist. If you are local you can book an appointment with us online as well. We will take good care of you!

I will be providing my own hair, where do I mail my hair for my wig?

Once a complete order is placed for custom unit, you will receive a message via email of the exact location to where you will ship the product to.

Do you provide coloring services?

Yes we do!

Coloring service is only offered to customers who purchase their bundles through Lavèsh Wigs.

If the client request to have bold and bright coloring the hair provided must be #613.

All Dark tones can be used on natural virgin hair color.

Are drop off and pick ups available?

All orders will need to be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) The service for picking up/dropping off is not available to consumers. If you are local and booking an appointment you have the option to drop off bundles to customize unit/pick up after unit is produced.

Do you do 360 Lace Wigs?

A 360 lace wig is a lace covering the whole crown perimeter of your head. At this time 360 lace wigs or not being produced by Lavèsh Wigs.

Do you do consultation for Custom Units , and is there a fee?

A consultation will consist of information on the best unit that can be constructed for you based on your lifestyle. Also there will be measurements done to ensure the security of your unit. Consultations are available to local residents in HOUSTON, TEXAS at NO CHARGE. You will need to book an appointment online. If you are not a local resident we can provide you with as much as information possible by sending a picture and video of how to do the following.
