How to I pay for my order?
You can use your credit card or PayPal account.
Storenvy uses PayPal to check out via any of these payment methods - but importantly you do not need a PayPal account to use it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The products are usually shipped within maximum 10 days from receiving the order. However, since most of the products are made to order, in case of larger quantities the production process may take longer. Please contact us in such a case before placing the order as most probably a discount to the standard price may also be applied (depending on the volume).
The delivery process should normally take up to 10 business days (for international transport) from the moment they are handed over to the shipper. A notification will also be sent to you in this respect. In case you have not received your package within 20 business days starting from the date that you received our shipping notification please contact us and we will investigate the potential causes for delay. Please also see the refund policy in this case.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! In order to provide our customers with more affordable shipping rates, the default transport option for products that are small in size (single item orders like wallets and cases) is Registered Mail. However, the downside of this option is that the order can usually be tracked until it leaves Romania lacking, in some cases, any tracking posiblity in the country of destination. We haven't encountered any issues with this transport option so far however, since it lacks a reliable tracking system, for the items shipped using this option and which get lost during transport we cannot accept any responsibility and we do not offer refunds. The second option for shipping is "Small Parcel" which generally allows for the parcel to be traced during the whole shipping process. The cost for this option is higher however, in case the parcel would get lost during transport, we take full responsability and either issue a refund or send you another product. You can switch between either options in the second checkout page and the total cost of your order would update accordingly.
This is not applicable for larger / heavier products. These will all be shipped using the "Large parcel" shipping option which also provides a tracking number and the parcel can be generally traced during the whole shipping process.
