Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you choose Expedited Delivery, It takes about 12 Working Days to make and Delivery Time is about 5~7 Days. So you are expected to get it within 20 Days or even earlier.
If you choose Normal Delivery, It takes about 15 Working Days to make and delivery time is about 5~7 Days. So you are expected to get it within 25 Days even earlier. (From May to Dec)
It's around 35 days (From January to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.
How to Order Custom Dress?
1. Choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, click "CHECK OUT" then you will be directed to second page.
2. Give us your custom measurement, color and other requests in the note list, then we will confirm with you again when we receive your order.

How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?
Our dresses run true to size, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well.
For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''.
Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement is not accurate.
There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.
What's the Cancellation Policy?
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or
- Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of
the product purchase price, or
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping.As usually, the Cancellation fee is 20% the total cost

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When I found this jumpsuit I thought I had finally found my DREAM attire for my bridesmaids. I ordered one, skeptical about the company - so as to not have all of my bridesmaids order it and run the risk of six returns. BOY WAS THAT A GOOD CALL. I ordered one in February - took weeks to come in (this was expected, but not nearly the extent of the wait time) and it was a DRESS. I reached out to the company and they said they had switched my order with another customer - and wanted ME to reach out to organize an exchange - after I would not, they said they would sent a replacement....waited even more weeks and the jumpsuit that arrived was NOTHING like the picture. It was the most unflattering poor excuse for a piece of clothing I had ever seen - looked absolutely nothing like the picture and the material looked SO cheap, never in a million years would it have been something I would have wished for ANYONE to attempt to use on their wedding day. At this point I was so defeated I attempted to make arrangements for a return - this was a joke - it took weeks for me to even get them to approve a refund, based off of their return policy what was sent was basically what I was supposed to have been left to deal with. I finally was approved to be refunded (had to eat the cost of shipping and then pay for international shipping again) and am STILL currently fighting with them for a full refund (they gave me half, I'm sure just to shut me up) and it is not July, five months after I began this process.
I work in customer service and have NEVER written a negative review - mostly because I know that a lot of what happens is not the companies fault, and it is rarely ever their intentional goal to dissatisfy the consumer. I am writing this in attempts to spare other girls planning their perfect wedding day, or magical prom night, or fun military ball the hassle that is dealing with this company. Save your time, energy and money and find something else!
