Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We ship all over the world with Airmail (tracked) or Epacket (tracked, faster) if you destination country allows it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The item will arrive in 12-40 days for airmail, 8-15 days with Epacket (aprox.) depending of the country, there would be delays if there are busy or holiday seasons or items are stuck into customs. In some countries, packages get stuck in customs for a long time, hence the delays of the shipping but usually there isn't huge risk of being hit by customs fee because Airmail packages are more unlikely to be hit by them, but unfortunately also with these packages the fee could be applied (depends of destination country) but rarely happens so don't worry!
If there are issues of restocking items, the order could be delayed waiting for a restock of the item in question. But if the item is out of stock and there won't be restocking sooner or later, we would refund the price of the item, refund is full.

Why i haven't received all of my items? What happened?

We usually split into different packages the items to guarantee free shipping for you and usually we send a tracking number. For some small items we cannot provide full tracking (only inside China until its dispaching from the country) sorry for the inconvenience!
