How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Personalized and hand crafted items may take a little longer because they have that special touch added to them.
 
We do the best we can to get your items shipped to you in a timely manner. Sometimes there are delays in the mailing process, due to holidays. Please make sure when creating your order, that your address is correct. We ship via USPS and their prices sometimes change which makes ours change as well. If you have an issue with your package tracking contact the USPS with the tracking number we provided. We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders for items in stock, not needing personalization, usually ship in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders for items in stock with personalization, can take up to 1 week. In some situations, times may vary, however we will notify our customers of circumstances. Certain items, such as decals, ship cheaper than flat rate prices; so please inquire about shipping prior to check out. When ordering multiple items, only one shipping fee is charged if ALL items fit into same package. Otherwise, we will notify you of additional shipping fees. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment. If you think you should have received your order by now, please contact us with your order number and we will be glad to look into locating the status of your order for you! International shipping fees are not listed in shipping rates, please contact us if this applies to your order, so we can calculate your shipping.
