What are your shipping rates?
Within the United States, shipping starts at $5, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
Internationally, shipping starts at $10, plus $2 for each additional item.
Additional charges may vary depending on the item type (outerwear, shoes, and handbags will cost more because they are heavier in weight, and jewelry will cost less).
If this is still iffy, the shipping cost will be calculated for you at the checkout page.
I never got my order, can I get a refund?
We apologize, but we cannot give refunds for missing packages. Once we send out an order, the package becomes the responsibility of the postal service. Please inquire with your local postal service instead.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please give us 1-3 days to process your order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
