How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped (via USPS) most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days during business hours in the order received for standard or express shipping.Once the items are shipped a confirmation number will be provided to you. If there are any discrepancies with the mailing address please contacts us immediately. If the order has already been shipped additional charges will occur when resent. Additional fees for taxes and shipping cost will be totaled at the point of "check out".

How do I maintain my hair?

To keep shedding at minimum seal the wefts of your hair. Splitting the hair wefts can cause the hair to fray away the thread which lead to shedding. If you plan to re use your hair for another sew in try to prevent cutting the wefts. We encourage folding the wefts over to proceed after installing each row. Remember virgin hair is 100% human that must be treated as if it's your own to remain in good condition so be sure to wash every two weeks.

Is rush shipping available?

Yes it is, you have the option of rush shipping during the shipping portion of checkout.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care the hair lasts up to a year but individual results may vary because it depends on how good you take care of the hair.

Why is the shipping fee high?

Due to the nature of our business and hair theft on the rise, all packages require signature confirmation and includes $100 worth of insurance through USPS.

How many bundles do I need for a full head?

It honestly depends on personal preference, how full you want your hair to be and if you're using a closure/frontal.

My rule of thumb is: 10 inches= 2 bundles, 12-20 inches= 3 bundles, 22-26 inches= 4 bundles with 2 of those bundles being the longest length, 28-30= 4-5 bundles.

Please keep in mind that the longer your bundles are the thinner the ends are.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?

At the present moment no. Everyone must have a matching and/or confirmed billing and shipping address.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may only be cancelled same day and we have a 25% restocking fee for any cancelled order. To cancel please email customer service the same day your order was placed. Refunds can take up to 10-21 business days to be processed and completed. Requests must be sent via email to [email protected] and include your name and order number.

Where are you located?

We are located in Chicago, IL and at the moment we only have an online presence and no physical store location.

Is pick up available?

Due to the fact that we are online only, pick up is not available.
