Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, Please click on Contact Us Page and let us know the size and style you need. We will email you the invoice that includes your shipping cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Successfully placed orders will be process within 1-2 days and you will receive a shipping notification with your order details. If you don't receive an email please check your spam folder or email us for confirmation.

Do you ship to APO/military addresses?
Yes, we sure do!

We use USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all US Domestic Orders. Orders typically arrive between 2-4 business days after shipment.

$6.50 Flat Rate Shipping on ALL domestic orders.

How to make an EXCHANGE:

Let us know what item(s) you need to send back and what you're exchanging for by filling out our Exchange Form.
Enclose the exchange form packing slip in the package.
Mail package at your nearest USPS or UPS location within 3 business days from receiving your order.
The total cost for your exchange is $6.50 for shipment of the new single item.
No additional charges/shipping fees will be charged to your account except for any price differences in the items being exchanged or if you are exchnaging more than one item.

What is the total turnaround time to exchange my order?
It'll take 5-7 business days, depending where you are returning the dress from.

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped.
If you need to cancel an order please send us a message via contact us page and don't forget to put your order number.

What is pre-order?

Pre-order means the item is not in stock yet but you can still purchase it. Once it is in stock it will be processed and shipped.

Do you sponsor bloggers/or Youtube Fashion Gurus? What are the requirements?
