it does have cotton in it, just very little. the tag says 60% polyester, 30% cotton, 10% "other"
it is next to impossible to get wrinkles out of, whoever ironed the pleats did not do a good job making sure the fabric was flat before ironing, they didn't make sure the whole gradient was included when cutting the fabric, and the material does feel very cheap (but not the kind of cheap that feels like it will disinterested if you wash it. I have washed it and it came out looking and feeling the same as it did when i took it out of the bag.)
However it is a pretty skirt and the sewing was just fine on mine. If you don't mind the things above then I'd recommend it. Personally the only things that bother me are the wrinkles and the bad ironing. (both of which are fixable, but difficult)

it says cotton blend, it doesn't have a gram of cotton in the fabric lol

I bought this skirt and it's made of the cheapest material I've ever seen and the person that sew it was not careful at all. Very disappointing :(
